Ripple’s XRP (XRP) has officially been added to Binance Chain and will be soon available on Binance’s decentralized exchange (DEX).
According to a recent post, XRP is now available as a BEP2 token on Binance Chain with a total supply of 10,000,000. According to the Binance Chain block explorer, the XRP-BF2 tokens were issued on the network roughly eight days ago.
Shortly after the original discovery, Binance CEO Changpeng “CZ” Zhao followed up to confirm that Binance is working to bring XRP to the decentralized platform.
This was suppose to be announced a bit later. But such is the nature of blockchain project, #transparency. Can’t hide anything.
Well, there you go, #XRP (on chain pegged) on #BinanceChain and @Binance_DEX.
Guess which flood gates this opens up? https://t.co/Mxpm5jZCfz
