Ripple Foods launches non-dairy yogurt | 2019-09-12

Ripple Foods, a Berkeley, California-based leader in the plant-based, non-dairy food industry, is launching its Creamy Yogurt Alternative product line.

The line will include Original, Vanilla, Strawberry, Peach and Blueberry flavors. Each flavor contains six grams of plant-based protein per serving. The line will be available beginning this month at select retailers including Target, Wegmans and other independent natural grocers.

“As more consumers look to add plant-based and dairy-free foods to their diet, it’s important that they have options that not only taste delicious, but are also full of high-quality nutrition.” says Adam Lowry, co-founder and co-CEO of Ripple Foods. “We’re proud to launch a product that supports our food philosophy of making plant-based foods delicious, and we can’t wait for consumers to try our new Creamy Yogurt Alternative.”

After listening to consumer feedback following the launch of their Greek Yogurt Alternative last year, Ripple says it went back to the drawing board and conducted taste-testing and ingredient tweaks to recreate a new and improved creamy dairy-free option the whole family will enjoy. Each flavor is soy-free, nut-free, gluten-free and lactose-free, as well as non-GMO certified.
